Liverpool's 2-2 draw against Manchester City wasn't without controversy and opinions are divided on whether James Milner should've seen a second yellow for a challenge on Bernardo Silva in the second-half.
Milner, already in the book, tripped Silva but it wasn't enough to warrant another card according to referee Paul Tierney.
City players and coaching staff weren't the only ones that felt it was the wrong decision, as pundit Micah Richards criticised the call on Sky Sports in their post-match analysis.
He said: "It’s ridiculous. You have to be impartial, but that is a yellow card, the referee has had an absolute shocker. I don’t understand how that's allowed to happen.

"We can see up here it’s a yellow card how can’t he be giving that it’s absolutely baffling, it’s annoying to be honest. People know how hard it is to come to Anfield, it’s tough, one of the toughest places to come in Europe but you’ve got to give, he was influenced by the crowd.
"James Milner’s one of my best mates but you’ve got to tell the truth on the situation he’s landed on his neck. It changes the game, changes the outlay of the game. In the end the game was 2-2 so it’ll be put to bed, but he should’ve been sent off and it would’ve changed the context of the game."
Jamie Carragher was quick to bring up an incident from City's draw against Southampton a couple of weeks ago where Kyle Walker escaped a red card and penalty, which Richards went on to describe as a 'bad refereeing decision'.
The former Liverpool man questioned why it wasn't the same and hit back at Richards, saying: "You said it's Anfield."
Richards replied: "I said it was influenced."

When asked whether the referee was influenced by City for the Walker incident, he added: "It might have, I wasn’t at the game, I don’t know. I’m telling you what I’m seeing now.
"He was influenced by the crowd, Anfield is a tough place to come we know that, we’re being honest here it’s a yellow card."
Carragher agreed Milner should have been booked, but wasn't as harsh with his criticism of the decision as 'a lot of teams are fortunate'.
He concluded: "I know it is [a second yellow card], that’s why I said bring James Milner off at half-time, I actually thought before that tackle Milner’s second half performance was really good, he was on a yellow card, pressing high at the right wing pressing Cancelo.
"What we saw there, he should’ve been sent off. T here’s no doubt he was fortunate but a lot of teams are fortunate."
