Sky Sports pundit Jamie Carragher says he expects Tottenham Hotspur forward Harry Kane to become the Premier League all-time top goal scorer.
Kane equalled Sergio Aguero's tally of 184 goals with his equaliser against Chelsea on Sunday to become the joint-fourth highest goal scorer in Premier League history. The 29-year-old requires just four goals to surpass former Newcastle United and Manchester United striker Andy Cole and a further 29 to overtake Wayne Rooney.
However, Kane is still 76 goals adrift of Alan Shearer's phenomenal record of 260 goals but Carragher has backed the England international to break Shearer's longstanding record.
"The mentality of Harry Kane is top," Carragher declared on Monday Night Football. "That's what makes him where he is. A lot of people in this country still don't give him enough credit, whether it's because he went out on loan and he wasn't that good, what is it now?

Carragher continued: "He' was the top goal scorer at a World Cup, he never got his big move last season, he's never won nothing and all that. He's going to be the top goal scorer for England, he's going to be the top scorer for Tottenham and he's probably going to be the Premier League's greatest in terms of most goals.
"He's one that gets a lot thrown at him in his career and he just never gets involved, never bites back, does his job. His mentality is fantastic."
Kane is just 17 goals behind Tottenham's all-time leading scorer Jimmy Greaves (266) and needs just three goals to equal Rooney's all-time record (53) for England. But while breaking Shearer's record isn't necessarily impossible, he faces a steep task in order to knock the Newcastle legend off his throne.
