Though the player's wage demands could make a transfer of this magnitude difficult to pull off.
It is however super reassuring to know Ancelotti is keen on bringing the 29-year-old to Everton, but I guess we will have to wait and see whether a deal can be thrashed out.

Reports in France are claiming Doucoure has rejected 'several proposals' from clubs all in a bid to make to switch to Goodison Park.
Telefoot via Get French Football News, as relayed here, say the 27-year-old is determined to move to Everton which is why he is said to have rejected the likes of Wolves, Fulham and Hertha Berlin.
What?
We know Carlo Ancelotti is keen on adding the Frenchman to his midfield ahead of next season.
And Watford will surely have to cash in on the player following their relegation from the Premier League.
So, combine that with reports which say Doucoure wants Everton then this does feel like a win win situation.

Reports from Italy are suggesting Everton are eyeing a move for the forward.
The Boot Room have brought to our attention Tuttosport's original report which seems to claim the Blues along with Newcastle have made contact over potentially acquiring the 26-year-old.
What?
I think I am right in saying Belotti's name has cropped up on the Everton rumour mill in the past.
Though I'm not sure this one looks like it is moving past speculation with the report going on to state the Torino star is not for sale.
