James Rodriguez
Who?
Colombia and Real Madrid star.
Where?
Everywhere.
Well, reports initially emerged from The Telegraph who claim Everton are in talks with the attacker.
It is said the Blues are closing in on a three-year deal for 29-year-old who is reportedly keen on reuniting with former boss Carlo Ancelotti.
What?
It would be no great shock to see Rodriguez make the switch to Goodison Park given Ancelotti's admiration and close relationship with the player.
The Colombian international also needs to be at a club where he is playing every week. He would get that at Everton you would well imagine. So a move would make sense.
Josh King
Who?
Bournemouth striker.
Where?
The Daily Mail name Everton in their report of clubs currently monitoring King's availability.
What?
There are said to be a whole host of clubs doing the exact same thing.
Not only that but AC Milan and Paris Saint-Germain are just some of the teams being mentioned as potentially interested in the forward who was relegated with the Cherries last term.
The Blues would likely face stiff competition if they were to enter this particular race.
Abdoulaye Doucoure
Who?
Watford midfielder.
Where?
Fabrizio Romano has claimed Everton are continuing to work on a deal for Doucoure who they remain interested in bringing to Merseyside.
What?
Doucoure has been consistently linked with a move to Goodison Park all summer and is said to be keen on leaving relegated Watford.
But I guess we will have to play the waiting game and see what happens with this particular rumour.
Allan
Who?
Napoli star.
Where?
The same report above has claimed talks with Allan are still on despite the Blues interest in both Doucoure and Rodriguez.
What?
Ancelotti is also a big fan of Allan who he coached during his time in Naples.
So therefore it would not be a massive shock to see the midfielder arrive at Goodison Park this summer.
This looks as though it will become a lot clearer as the days go by.
