James Jordan's toughest time with dad in hospital with coronavirus and new baby

James Jordan has had a hard time with his new baby Ella and his dad Alan in hospital with coronavirus.

It's been a trying time over the past two months for the dancer and his wife Ola as their newborn was rushed to hospital after choking on her own saliva.

His fears for his elderly father Alan have also been clouding his mind after his dad contracted coronavirus after being hospitalised with a second stroke.

He wrote: "Been the toughest and most stressful 2 months of my life after @The_OlaJordan & I having our first baby, my dad still in hospital, plus being in lockdown."

On Monday, the first-time dad took time to relax with his baby daughter and he cradled her in his arms lovingly.

Ella slept soundly in her father's arms as James had time to reflect on the day that had passed them by.

He admitted: "Tough day."

It comes as the couple have settled back into living at home with their daughter.

He told Hello magazine : "She hasn't slept for the last couple of days. She's been really unsettled, really miserable. Moving a lot, kicking her legs and flailing her arms and struggling to clear her mouth.

"She had a lot of saliva in her mouth and it was almost like she couldn't swallow properly. It was like she was choking on her own saliva."

Also, the dad-of-one has been vocal about his fears for his dad in hospital.

James recently became a dad for the first time when his wife Ola gave birth to their daughter Ella (Instagram)

In a tweet, he told fans: "Just when you think things couldn't get any worse!

"After being in hospital for nearly 2 weeks after his stroke my dad has now tested positive to coronavirus.

"He is also fighting an infection he recently got in his arm (Cellulitis).

"God, please give my dad a break. Stay At Home."
