James Holzhauer could reach another incredible ‘Jeopardy’ milestone with his next win

Jeopardy! sensation James Holzhauer has already made over $1.5 million during his 20-game winning streak, putting him just a million shy of Ken Jennings on the show’s money list.

Although the pro sports gambler still got about 15 to 17 games to go to catch Jennings’ cash winnings — which, as a reminder, is astounding because he wins more money per game than anyone else who has played the game — there is one milestone he could reach on Thursday night with another victory: He could pass Julia Collins for the second-longest non-tournament win streak in Jeopardy! history. He tied her Wednesday night long before he nailed Final Jeopardy:

First on that list, of course, is Jennings, who won 74 straight before “What is H&R Block” tripped him up and ended his run.
