James Harden briefly left Game 2 because his eye was ‘bleeding’

Game 2 of the Western Conference Semifinals have not been kind to the Houston Rockets so far, and at halftime, we are hoping to get more answers about what happened to James Harden’s eyes.

Harden left the court less than six minutes into Tuesday’s game against the Golden State Warriors after he was hit by Draymond Green after Harden during a drive.

Rockets head coach said that Harden was “bleeding from the eye” and we later learned he had a left lacerated eyelid.

Harden returned to the floor roughly three minutes into the second quarter and then checked back in with about seven minutes left in the first half.

Weirdly enough, Harden played better after coming back from the eye injury.

Let’s hope Harden is okay and continue to lead this team. The Rockets need him.
