James Harden briefly left Game 2 because he was bleeding from his eye

James Harden didn’t have the best of starts to his Game 2 against the Golden State Warriors on. Tuesday night.

Houston’s star guard, who was just hoping for a fair shake from refs after a tough Game 1 on Sunday, was called for an offensive foul just 38 seconds into Game 2.

Fans loved that.

But then things got worse as he was inadvertently hit in the eye by Golden State’s Draymond Green and he had to leave the game for a bit and head back to the locker room for treatment.

Moments afterward his coach, Mike D’Antoni, told TNT that Harden was bleeding form his eye when he left the court. They later said he had a lacerated left eyelid and he returned to action in the second quarter.
