Fulwell 73, the film and TV production firm which counts actor James Corden as a partner, is increasing its presence in London with a large new Islington HQ.
The company, which has worked on shows such as Carpool Karaoke, has signed a 15-year lease for 25,000 square feet at a redevelopment site called Islington Square.
The 14-year-old business, which is also behind documentaries such as One Direction 3D: This is Us, will relocate from 2100 square feet in Camden Town.
It has been expanding since it got a £45 million cash injection last year when media firm Valence became a minority shareholder. Fulwell 73 is led by partners Corden, Leo Pearlman, Gabe Turner, Ben Turner and Ben Winston.
Fulwell 73’s new home is on the site of a former Royal Mail sorting office.
Property investor Cain International has created new offices, luxury flats and shops there.
Cain International director Richard Pilkington said: “Traditionally production companies have based themselves in Soho and Camden — it is a huge win to sign a name like Fulwell 73.”
