James Bond fans can visit iconic locations as part of special £60k holiday package

Well-heeled James Bond fans are being offered the ultimate 007 holiday, for £60,000 a head.

Dubbed “The Assignment”, the 12-day adventure spans iconic spy film spots in London, Paris, Monaco and Lake Como and Venice in Italy.

The trip has been created by travel firm Black Tomato and EON Productions, makers of the Bond franchise.

The action begins in London, where budding special agents will relive the famous River Thames boat chase scene from The World Is Not Enough “boarding the very same Superhawk 34 piloted by Cigar Girl”.

There will also be a stunt-training masterclass from Lee Morrison, who has worked on the past five films.

In Paris, 007 aficionados can stay at the opulent Hotel de Crillon and dine at Le Jules Verne in the Eiffel Tower, as Bond did in A View To A Kill.

Then it’s off to Monaco for a “high-stakes evening at the renowned Casino de Monte-Carlo”, which featured in GoldenEye.

The trip also includes a journey in an Aston Martin, 007's signature car (HANDOUT FREE TO USE)

Highlights in Italy include a drive around Lake Como in an Aston Martin V8 Vantage and a private visit to the Torre dell’Orologio in Venice, where Bond fought Chang in Moonraker.

Ali James, a location manager on Spectre, is especially excited about the London leg, saying: “It’s a particular thrill to showcase in person and on location how we made cinematic magic happen.”
