It's been more than 16 years since James Blunt's iconic hit You're Beautiful was first released into the charts and it has remained a constant in weddings and engagements, while living rent free in our heads ever since.
Previously, James has never actually revealed whether the song is about anyone in particular, until today's appearance on ITV's Loose Women, where he jokingly confessed the hit is about someone very special.
The 47-year-old appeared on the talk show earlier today, December 14, while hosts celebrated veteran loose woman and journalist Janet Street Porter's 75th birthday. No, we can't believe she's 75 either.

Many stars took to the show to celebrate Janet and wish her a happy birthday, before James performed his iconic hit, ahead of the release of his greatest hits album. But, just before his performance, the singer made a cheeky confession about who the song is really for.
"In 17 years I've never revealed who this song is for, but now that I'm releasing my greatest hits, I feel it's time to tell the world," he announced. "Janet, happy birthday. This song is, and has always been, for you."
Who'd have thought it?! Although we're slightly suspicious there might have been a little bit of favouritism going on due to it being a certain someone's birthday, we heard it straight from the horse's mouth.
Hosts Charlene White, Coleen Nolan and Jane Moore all looked back at their finest memories with Janet, whose illustrious 50-year career as a journalist, editor and presenter has seen her become a household name up and down the country.
Now she has James' You're Beautiful to add to her long list of accolades.
