James Argent hasn't let Christmas get in the way of his impressive fitness schedule.
As many swerve the gym in favour of tucking into mince pies on the couch this month, the former TOWIE star has been working up a sweat with ex EastEnders star Charles Venn, 48.
James, 34, took to Instagram on Wednesday to joke about not posing topless next to the ripped former soap star - as he continues his fitness journey following an incredible 11 stone weight loss.
The TV personality also revealed to his fans that his incredible body transformation should have taken a year and a half - not the nine months he has achieved it in.

As he took part in the tough strength and conditioning class at Box Up Gyms, the reality TV star took a break to pose for a snap next to an incredibly lean Charles.
"Remind me never to take a shirtless pic with @charles_venn again," Arg quipped to his 805,000 followers on his Instagram Stories.
The star also gave his fans an insight into his gruelling workouts - sharing snippets and clips from his time at the gym on Wednesday.

"Lets go," a sweaty James told his online fans at one point.
He then flipped the camera to show his peers carrying out the intense exercise at different stations across the gym.
James later went on to rightfully give himself a bit of praise on his Instagram Stories - reflecting on the incredible year he has had.
Captioning an image alongside fellow gym goers and trainers, the star wrote: "The amount of weight i've lost over 9 months was supposed to be done in 1 1/2 years!"

"People don't realise the amount of work I've put in."
James resorted to drastic measures earlier this year, after his weight crept up to 27 stone.
The Essex native underwent gastric sleeve surgery in April this year in a bid to ditch the excess pounds and take control of his health again.
Chatting on Loose Women just two weeks after his operation, James revealed it was the best option for him.

"I'm so pleased sitting here today, the weight is coming off each and every day, I'm going on long walks," the star explained on the ITV show.
"I'm happier and healthier and feel like my old self again, it's a positive new chapter for me.
The reality TV star also admitted just how 'horrible' he felt prior to having the life-changing surgery.
Speaking about his body when he was 27 stone, he said: "It felt horrible, I was always extremely uncomfortable, I couldn't look at myself in the mirror."
"It felt depressing and it just wasn't me. Now I'm starting to feel like myself again and I'm excited about what the future is going to bring."
