James Argent strips off for tummy sculpting treatment a year on from 14st weight loss
In the clip, the reality TV star - who is better known as Arg - revealed he had stripped off to have a tummy sculpting treatment at a clinic.
He is seen giggling while having the 30-minute procedure carried out with equipment attached to his abs.
The 34-year-old claimed the treatment mimicked the equivalent of doing 20,000 sit ups in just half an hour.

Just a few days ago, Arg celebrated the one-year anniversary of his weight loss journey by posting before and after pics on social media.
In the first pic – weighing 27 stone – he is seen lying on a hospital before having his gastric sleeve surgery.
The second photo shows a slimmed down and smiling James standing outside his house in the sunshine.
Prior to having the operation, doctors had warned Arg that he would need to lose at least 10 stone to get healthy again – but he has managed to lose 14.
Arg began putting on weight in lockdown when he swapped his drug and alcohol addiction for junk food.
At his worst, he admits to eating his favourite meal of pie and mash – but instead of one pie, he’d have three. This would be followed by an entire tub of ice cream.
His wake-up call was when doctors warned him if he didn’t stop bingeing he could eat himself to death.
The decision to have the surgery was further prompted when his own mum said she didn’t recognise him anymore.
Speaking about his weight loss journey, Arg said it was “the best thing I’ve ever done”.
Earlier this year, he wote on Instagram: “9 months ago I dreamed of having THAT @adele moment & here it is.
“After being 27 stone, depressed and having doctors telling me I was on “death row” I made the decision to have gastric sleeve surgery with @wearetransform which reduced the size of my stomach and limited how much I could eat.
“I’ve since lost a total of 13 stone and now weigh 14 stone which surpassed all expectations. I’ve never felt happier.”
He continued: “Since my surgery, I’ve followed the advice from the team at Transform Hospital Group and stuck to a healthy diet with smaller portion sizes.
“I’ve also been training in the gym to make my body stronger. That swim across the English Channel is still on the cards.
“I’d like to thank everyone who has helped me on my weight loss journey. When I look in the mirror, I’m finally happy with the man looking back at me.
“I’m delighted to be starting 2022 as the best version of me. The future is looking bright and I can’t wait to live it.”
