James Argent has been showing off his newly slimmed-down figure after vowing to drop even more weight.
The former TOWIE star, 33, took to his Instagram Stories this week to post a string of photos of himself, and he looked noticeably slimmer.
Arg has lost an incredible five and a half stone after undergoing gastric sleeve surgery when his weight reached 27 stone, and he recently said he wants to lose another five stone.
And in his Instagram photos, he looked happy and healthy as he showed off his new figure.
In his first snap, Arg looked dapper as he posed alongside Beenie Man.
He sported a loose-fitting blue shirt and a pair of chinos, which he teamed with black loafers.
"Can't believe I just me the legendary Beenie Man," he captioned the snap, adding raised hands and Jamaican flag emojis.
The next picture was a throwback snap of him and his ex-girlfriend Lydia Bright's sister Romana in honour of her birthday.
In the image, the duo were lying down on a sofa and surrounded by snacks.
He then posted another old photo of the two of them, that appeared to have been taken at a restaurant.
"I can't believe you're 18!" Arg captioned it. "Where has the time gone?"
Next Arg posted a third throwback snap, telling Romana she was "always be my lil sis".
The final photo showed Arg and Romana posing at her recent birthday party, and Arg looked noticeably thinner.
His photo posting spree comes as Arg has reportedly set his sights on losing more than half his body weight joking with pals he wants to be "half the man I used to be".
Arg having to hit as his XXL clothes no longer fit and he is more determined than ever to stick to his new way of life.
A pal told The Sun : "James has never felt better in his life and the weight has dropped off far more quickly than he ever expected.
"It's made him realise he can lose even more weight so he plans to just go for it.
"The only downside is he is having to buy a whole new wardrobe."
Arg put on weight after comfort eating during lockdown and was unable to do much exercise when the gyms were closed.
Doctors told him he was seriously risking his health if he didn't change his life around.
He has since undergone agastric sleeve surgery, and completely changed his lifestyle.
