James 'Arg' Argent has divulged his plans to lose a further three stone.
Fans were amazed when he unveiled his most recent body transformation on Instagram.
Already the former TOWIE star has lost an impressive five stone and he admitted he feels "so much better in myself".
Now the TV personality weighs around 18 and a half stone after he dropped down from his heaviest at 23 and a half stone.
Arg explained his weight crept up after "vicious cycles" of binge-eating and doing cocaine which all stemmed from his eating disorder.
He told The Sun : "I've actually lost five stone.
"I was 23 and a half stone before rehab and I'd like to get another three stone off.
“I feel so much better in myself.”
Arg has struggled with his weight ever since he was propelled into the limelight in 2010 on the original series of The Only Way Is Essex.
The singer was his heaviest weight when he checked into The River rehab facility in Thailand at the start of the year.
But the Sink or Swim for Stand Up To Cancer star has completely overhauled his lifestyle and his diet in recent months.
In lockdown, James has been holed up in Essex and torn apart from his love Gemma Collins.

The couple have plans to get married in a wedding "bigger than the Beckhams".
