James 'Arg' Argent showed off his dramatic weight loss as he braved the rain arriving to Steph's Pack Lunch on Tuesday.
The 33-year-old wore a light grey marl tracksuit and carried a black tote as he made his way into the Channel 4 studios in Leeds.
The former Towie star looked in jovial spirits as he flashed a smile despite the wet weather.
The TV favourite’s appearance comes a day after he highlighted his weight loss as he enjoyed an al fresco swim following his £10,000 gastric band surgery.
Arg, who was told by doctors he would die if he didn't have the life-saving op, gave a double thumbs up to waiting cameras as he appeared bare chested and posed in just a swim towel and sandals.

He later managed to repeat the positive gesture whilst mid swim and had a huge grin on his face.
The ITV star, who has publicly battled with his weight for the past decade, posted on Instagram : "It is extremely important that I continue to take good care of myself not just physically but mentally as well, After such a big operation & life change!"
The reality star blamed his recent weight gain - which peaked at 27 stone - on the Covid crisis when pools were shut as well as his boxing gym, leading to a break down in his exercise routine.
But after doctors warned he could die, Arg underwent a gastric band operation and combined with huge lifestyle changes he now appears to have got his weight back on track.

Appearing on Loose Women, he told the panel: "The weight is gradually coming off, I definitely feel like I made the right decision.
"Since I started the pre-op diet, I've already lost two and a half stone. I've been able to remain clean and sober for a year and four months but if I was 27 stone, I was aware I couldn't be healthy and happy."
The loveable TV star also urged his fans to get help if they are struggling and praised his rehab facility for his return to fitness.
Arg said: "Swimming is going to be a big part of my weight loss journey and I've signed up to the Better Swim Doctor programme at London Fields Lido, to keep me focussed and help improve my fitness."
The reality star said he's backing International Learn to Swim Week as part of his passion for the programme.
