James Argent displays slimmer frame on rollerskates amid 8 stone weight loss plan

James Argent looked incredible as he got out and about on rollerskates.

The 32 year old former TOWIE star is in the midst of an eight stone weight loss plan - and has already shed an incredible five.

Now he's shown off his remarkable progress as he took to the streets on a pair of rollerskates.

The star rocked a hoodie and shorts as he managed to keep his balance on the wet streets near his Essex home.

Arg recently told that he was feeling "so much better in myself" after announcing he'd managed to shed five stone.

The star, who has also managed to kick his cocaine habit, plans to lose three more, which would bring the total up to a staggering eight stone weight loss.

Arg previously explained that he had fallen into "vicious cycles" of binge-eating and doing cocaine.

Meanwhile, close pal Mark Wright opened up about his deep concerns over Arg during his cocaine addiction.

Mark told Loose Women that he feared Arg would die of a cocaine overdose before Christmas last year.

He has suffered two near fatal overdoses, but refused Mark's attempts to convince him to get help in rehab.

"I called up [the counsellor] and said what can I do? I've taken every step," Mark recalled.

"He said to me sometimes you let them hit rock bottom and know they need help.

"You can't do anything else. I asked, what if he dies? It's the risk you have to take."

Arg credited Mark for saving his life last year, for reaching out when he was at his lowest.

He even branded him his "guardian angel" after Mark made arrangements for Arg to undergo rehab in Thailand and helped to fund it.
