James Argent fans haven been given a glimpse at his impressive weight loss as his latest Instagram offering shows his slimmed down figure.
Arg was chatting on a video call to Ferne McCann's daughter Sunday, with whom he's very close.
Lying down without a shirt, fans could observe that his hard work is paying off with a toned chest and stomach.
In an adorable caption, Arg wrote: "You are the sunshine of my life.
"I love & miss you Sunday, can't wait to watch you on the tele tonight."
Doting mum and Arg's TOWIE pal Ferne gushed in the comments: "Ahhhhh this is so cute she loves her uncle Arg x."
Sam Faiers posted a heart emoji, while Scarlett Moffat called the pair "too cute."
His followers noticed that his workouts have had an effect, one writing: "Arg you're looking really well."
"Omg you've lost loads of weight well done!" another congratulated him.
"Aww this is too cute," a third fawned, "You look great Arg."
32 year old Arg was recently snapped working up a sweat as he got his daily exercise on a run near his Essex home.
He's also opened up about how exercise has helped him with his mental as well as physical health.
"I'm making progress. Inside & Out. One day at a time," he wrote alongside a snaps to show how far he's come.
Last year he told The Sun that he was the "biggest" he'd ever been.
Arg said: "In regards to my body, I need to work on that.
"I need to get back in the gym and boxing again. I'm desperate to get back on track."
He added: "I struggle to get into a routine and structure with my job - I'm here, there and everywhere."
Earlier this year, he was reported to have checked in to a specialist retreat in Thailand, having been admitted to hospital the month before.
