James 'Arg' Argent is looking better than ever as he continues his health kick.
The Only Way Is Essex star decided to change his life after he hit a "scary" 27 stone and underwent gastric sleeve surgery in a bid to change his life - both physically and mentally.
And Arg showed off his incredible weight loss whilst enjoying a day at the beach in Spain this week.
He looked considerably slimmer as he showered by the beach, the scars of his gastric surgery present as he soaked up the sun, sea and sand that the Spanish coastal town had to offer.
Arg looked confident and happy as he strolled out of the sea, with the water becoming his second home as of late as he prepares to swim the English channel. He wore bright blue swimming trunks as he enjoyed the sun.
He previously spoke about how he had piled on the weight during the pandemic when the gyms and pools were closed.
The reality TV star admitted he had turned to binge eating in a bid to cope and it had only made things worse for him.
Arg seems to have a new lease of life now he's started losing weight and is planning to lose as much as he can.
A pal told The Sun recently: "James has never felt better in his life and the weight has dropped off far more quickly than he ever expected.
"It's made him realise he can lose even more weight so he plans to just go for it. The only downside is he is having to buy a whole new wardrobe."
Arg had previously explained how he felt "horrible" about his weight and he admits he even struggled to look at himself in the mirror during his weight battle.
"It felt horrible, I was always extremely uncomfortable, I couldn't look at myself in the mirror," he said.
"It felt depressing and it just wasn't me. Now I'm starting to feel like myself again and I'm excited about what the future is going to bring.
"It was scary being 27 stone… It was serious, doctors were telling me how dangerous it was… I knew it was something I had to address pretty quickly."
He is in Spain to support his pal Elliot Wright, who recently relaunched his restaurant Olivia's La Cala after it was targeted in a fire.
"Ladies and gentlemen I am back in Olivia's La Cala," Arg said in an Instagram story.
