Jameela Jamil has revealed that she injured herself in a very unfortunate area while shooting new Disney+ series, She-Hulk: Attorney At Law.
The actress, 36, plays Titania, a social media influencer with superhuman strength, in the highly anticipated Marvel show.
And while she did "all" her own stunts, the British star admitted it came at a cost when she “pulled a muscle in her a******".
Jamil was discussing how involved she was with the show’s action scenes when she decided to reveal all about her rather uncomfortable injury.
Speaking to Entertainment Tonight at the Hollywood premiere for She-Hulk: Attorney At Law on Monday, she said: "Oh, I did it all! I did it all.
"I was hurting in place that I really didn’t know exists.
"Like, you’ll probably have to bleep this out, but I pulled a muscle in my a******. I didn’t know that was possible!"
Despite her injury, The Good Place star, who learned jiu jitsu, kung fu and combat in the air for her role, admitted she was pushed out of her comfort zone on set doing her own stunts.
She continued: “I don’t know how much of it ever gets to make it to the big screen, because CGI is bonkers.
“But I got to do all my stunts pretty much myself! And that was something I’ve never done before, because I’m the ultimate couch potato. I am just a puddle with bangs.”
The Marry Me actress stars as Titania in the new series who becomes a rival to Tatiana Maslany’s She-Hulk character Jennifer Walers.
Not only does Jamil share the screen with Maslany but also Mark Ruffalo, who plays Hulk in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
The How To Build A Girl star reflected on their time rehearsing together as a three and branded Ruffalo a “gentleman”.
“There was a day where we were all rehearsing together for a scene and he made it feel like we were just rehearsing for a school play, it felt so fun, so free,” she added.
“He’s so generous, he’s so playful, he’s so not what you would think someone at that level would be. He’s just a gentleman.”
She-Hulk: Attorney At Law centres on Maslany’s characer Jennifer Walters, the cousin of Bruce Banner, who gets gunned down by a criminal seeking revenge before Bruce performs an emergency blood transfusion to save her life.
However, he transfusing a portion of his gamma radiation onto Jennifer, which sees her transform into She-Hulk.
