Jalen Ramsey voted 13th-best player on NFL top 100 list

Jalen Ramsey is the 13th-best player in the NFL heading into the 2021 season, according to players across the league. The NFL is rolling out its annual top 100 list, which is voted on by players, and Ramsey is not only the first Ram to appear, but he’s also the highest-ranked cornerback.

Ramsey is coming off the best season of his career, earning his second All-Pro selection and fourth trip to the Pro Bowl. He allowed just 36 catches on 71 targets in coverage, giving up only 345 yards and two touchdowns when targeted.

That was all while playing against the likes of DK Metcalf, DeAndre Hopkins, Allen Robinson, Amari Cooper and many of the top receivers in football.

This is the highest Ramsey has ever ranked on the NFL’s Top 100 Players. In 2018, he was No. 17 after his All-Pro season the year prior.

Aaron Donald is likely going to be the only other Rams player to make the list. Matthew Stafford would seem like a top-100 player in the NFL right now, but he has yet to be revealed and there’s no way he’s going to be in the top 10.
