Jalen Mills and Ronald Darby will be Eagles starting CB’s when healthy

The Philadelphia Eagles have had some uncertainty surrounding the cornerback position, but while addressing the media on Friday morning, Doug Pederson did his best to clear things up. When speaking about the players returning from injury and where they stand in the depth chart, Pederson made it clear that Jalen Mills and Ronald Darby would start on the outside once both players are healthy.

Both players could return as early as Sunday night, allowing Jim Schwartz to use Rasul Douglas and Sidney Jones in relief roles when both players return.

“I think you still would rotate” cornerbacks, Pederson said. “It just probably depends on how those guys feel.”

Schwartz will have to further adjust the depth chart once Avonte Maddox and Cre’Von LeBlanc are both available as well.
