Jalen Hurts hits the gym immediately after dominating Texas Tech

Oklahoma Sooners quarterback Jalen Hurts wasn’t done with work after his team blew out the Texas Tech Red Raiders, 55-16, on Saturday.

He finished the game completing 17 of 24 passes for 415 yards, three touchdowns and an interception. He also had seven carries for 76 yards and a rushing touchdown. And still, he had some leftover energy.

So he hit the gym.

His performances on Saturday helped him solidify his standing as a Heisman Trophy favorite. He has done so in his first season as Oklahoma’s starter after transferring from Alabama. But there seems to be no complacency in Hurts’ approach after leading the sixth-ranked Sooners to a 4-0 record.

The legend of Hurts is sure to grow even larger in the coming months.
