Jalen Hurts elevated to the Philadelphia Eagles No. 2 QB

Jalen Hurts has been elevated to No. 2 QB for Sunday’s game against the Rams after being inactive Week 1. The Eagles have been talking about implementing packages for the former Oklahoma Sooners star and Sunday is the day.

Hurts was inactive in the Eagles season-opening loss to the Washington Football Team.
