Jake Paul and Tyron Woodley are both set for handsome pay packets regardless of the outcome of tonight’s fight.
Paul, the American YouTuber-turned-boxer, faces former UFC champion Woodley for the second time this year in Tampa, Florida.
Paul was due to fight Tommy Fury but the Manchester boxer had to pull out of the bout after breaking a rib and contracting a severe chest infection during his preparation.
Fury fought Anthony Taylor on the undercard of Paul’s win against Woodley in America in August.
The first fight between Paul and Woodley went the full-eight round distance with the former winning on a split decision.
This time around, Woodley has been promised a huge $500,000 bonus by Paul if he can knock him out within the eight rounds.
Paul's sparring partner Jake Bostwick believes it could lead to Woodley approaching the fight in a different manner that could play into Paul's hands.
“Jake is offering Tyron a $500,000 bonus to knock him out, that’s a crazy clause. He could be dangling that carrot in front of Tyron to get him to come out recklessly and that also adds pressure on Tyron," Bostwick told Betway US.
"If Tyron comes out swinging he could get caught and we know Jake has power, don’t sleep on Jake’s power. I think Woodley will come out with a fire under his a** and try to bang but he’s got to be smart."
Woodley is believed to have banked over $2million for his first fight with Paul - the biggest purse of the 39-year-old’s career.
Meanwhile Paul earned around $5m with both fighters expected to earn a similar amount this evening.
The undercard, which has four fights, gets underway at around 2am for UK viewers with ring walks for the main event expected at around 4am.
