Jake Paul has started training in mixed martial arts as he eyes a move to the cage later this year.
The YouTube star has amassed a professional boxing record of 5-0 and rounded off 2021 with a stunning sixth-round KO of Tyron Woodley in their rematch.
The 24-year-old is planning to take a break from the ring until the summer, but will reportedly now focus his attention on MMA.
And he posted a short video of himself practising his kicking along with the caption: "First day training kicks. Doubted every step of the way... but kick down the doors of the doubters."
And a report from MMA Mania claims Paul is in talks with the Professional Fighters League promotion over making his debut this year.
Ironically, the PFL is also home to Claressa Shields who made the switch from boxing to MMA last year and who has been engaged in a back-and-forth row with Paul.
Paul has repeatedly insisted he will make the transition and has claimed he will train with former UFC lightweight world champion Khabib Nurmagomedov.
"For sure, 100 per cent I think it could happen," Paul said when asked about a possible MMA fight.
"Why not? If I can learn how to box in two years and beat people like [Woodley], then why can't I learn how to do MMA in two years and beat people like him?
"That's my answer, it will happen at some point, 100 per cent."
And in a later interview, Paul explained that he will be trained by Nurmagomedov's coach Javier Mendez.

The legendary UFC lightweight champion was cornered by Mendez for most of his career as he accrued a flawless 29-0 record that includes wins over Conor McGregor, Dustin Poirier and Justin Gaethje.
"For sure I will," Paul added in a media scrum. "People seem to forget that I was a state wrestler, division one in Ohio.
"That's one of the hardest wrestling states and I don't see why if I can do boxing at this high of a level that I couldn't do MMA at this high of a level.
"I'm going to go and get coached up by Javier Mendes, Team Khabib and that's that.
"They're down, 100 per cent - I've got to go 10-0 or 12-0 in boxing first and then I'll hit that MMA fight."
