Jake Paul's boxing success has been compared to Conor McGregor's early rise in the UFC where he was "calling the shots" in the promotion.
Paul has won all five of his professional fights with three victories coming last year against Tyron Woodley (twice) and Ben Askren.
He has also recorded bumper pay-per-view numbers while earning over £30million for his exploits and is aiming higher against the likes of McGregor and Canelo Alvarez in the future.
UFC legend Chael Sonnen believes Paul is being starting to call his stoppages and fight results which was evident in McGregor's rise to stardom.
Sonnen told his YouTube channel: "Jake Paul had a crazy idea that he's going to go into a sport of which he does not belong with no amateur pedigree, no golden gloves, no lineage within the family.

"Like you know, my uncle fought, my grandpa used to box in the army nothing like that he's going to do well, and he's going to headline shows with Olympians and world champions on the card.
"They are going to open; he is going to be the marquee fight. That is ridiculous. He did just that. Jake Paul is calling his own shots the way Conor McGregor used to do when Conor was getting his come up and then he's seeing them through.
"Remember 'Mystic Mac' and he had a crystal ball. Conor was not only calling the stoppages, he was calling the rounds and then once he calls the stoppages and he calls the rounds he starts calling the technique that he's going to stop them with.
"Remember when he was doing that? Jake Paul is doing the same thing."
McGregor branded himself "Mystic Mac" as he continued to predict his successive early stoppages against the likes of Jose Aldo and Diego Brandao.
His sensational early rise culminated in conquering the featherweight division at the first time of asking before becoming the promotion's first double-champion when he defeated Eddie Alvarez.

McGregor was then able to tempt Floyd Mayweather into the boxing ring which saw both men earn over $100m.
Paul has produced a similar rise and is targeting an event against McGregor himself with the event promising to be one of the most hotly-anticipated in the modern era.
Sonnen believes Paul's influence in combat sports is only going to grow now he has grabbed the attention of UFC president Dana White.
"Now Jake Paul has the attention of arguably the most powerful man in combat sports," Sonnen continued. "Jake just can't go wrong.
"I mean all you are looking for when you come to looking for an enemy is finding a partner that is all you want. All you are really hoping for is a nemesis that you can get a response out of and keep it spilling over until the audience are done with it.
"And Jake has found the greatest nemesis you could possibly have."
