Jake Paul has message for Conor McGregor after knocking out Tyron Woodley

Jake Paul wants Dana White to set up a fight against Conor McGregor after he beat ex-UFC welterweight champion Tyron Woodley with a stunning knockout.

The YouTube star KO'd Woodley in the sixth round of their rematch in Florida and was in a confident mood as he called out several UFC stars.

McGregor is seen as Paul's holy grail of sorts, but he also had words for Jorge Masvidal and Nate Diaz - who were both in attendance at his fight.

Speaking at a press conference after the bout, Paul pleaded with White to allow any one of the trio to make a deal to fight in a boxing ring with him, as he looks to further antagonise the MMA community.

"I just knocked out a five-time UFC champion and embarrassed your whole company," Paul responded when asked what his message for long-time rival White was.

"Please, please let me get Kamaru Usman, let me get Diaz, let me get Masvidal, let me get McGregor because I'm going to embarrass them too.

"I promise you that, Dana, I promise you that."

UFC president White and Paul do not see eye-to-eye, with the YouTube star frequently mocking White over his appearance and claiming to be the better promoter.

Paul owns the promotional banner under which he fights - Most Valuable Promotions - which would be unheard of for any MMA fighter aside from McGregor.

And despite White insisting time and time again over decades that he wouldn't co-promote with anyone, there precedence to show he might allow McGregor to box.

The Dubliner faced Floyd Mayweather in his professional boxing debut in 2017 as part of a deal that saw the UFC make a cut of the earnings from a show which McGregor co-promoted with his rival.

However, Paul is not the pay-per-view star that Mayweather is, and it's highly unlikely that a similar deal will ever be reached again, despite the success of the event.

Paul has indicated that he wants to stick around in boxing as a promoter, as well as challenging for a world title as a fighter before he hangs up the gloves.

"I will always be involved in this sport forever," Paul explained. "For sure.

"Whether I'm fighting or it's Nakisa and I running Most Valuable Promotions and helping people like Amanda Serrano get more spotlight.

"I could definitely put on a British accent and become Eddie Hearn."

He has joked that should he win a world title, which is. a lofty goal for someone who has yet to fight a boxer with a professional win, he would immediately 'stomp on the belt'.

"It's scary to try to see where this can go," he continued.

"The potential is unlimited here and it's really up to me and how hard I want to work.

"But I'm hungry and motivated and I love this s*** - two years as a professional and this is going astronomical and making history.

"So yeah, I'd love to continue to put on historic events, sell massive pay-per-views and fight higher level opposition as I go.

"Maybe when the time is right I'll go for the world championship belt, whichever one it is, WBA, IBF, WBO, I don't know.

"It would be funny to become a world champion and say 'yeah I'm a YouTuber'.

"And as soon as I win the world championship I would take the belt, throw it on the ground and stomp on it.

"Because you're a champion in your heart before anybody tells you you are and I am a champion."
