Jake Paul roasted by fans as he shows off fresh tattoo 'worth £200k' ahead of Tommy Fury fight

We are just days away from the highly anticipated Jake Paul v Tommy Fury fight. The clash has been a long time coming, but the pair will finally step into the ring in Saudi Arabia on Sunday night.

Ahead of the event at the weekend, Youtuber Paul has unveiled a new tattoo - but not everyone seems to be a fan.

The 26-year-old was challenged by DJ Charlie Sloth to get a tattoo of an Au Vodka bottle on his arm - reportedly in exchange for $250,000.

DJ and TV presenter Sloth is a partial owner in the brand, which was launched by Jackson Quinn and Charlie Morgan - the Swansea ball boy that was kicked by Eden Hazard during Chelsea's Carabao Cup in 2013.

In a video shared on Au Vodka’s Instagram, Paul also promised to drink the vodka after he 'knocks out' Manchester native Fury, 23, in their upcoming fight in Riyadh.

He said: "I'll drink that s*** after I knock out Tommy", before adding, "I would've done this for free,"

But fans have absolutely torn the Youtuber-turn-boxer's new tattoo to shreds in the comments, with one Instagram user harreshon saying: “He's getting that covered up as soon as it heals.”

Another said: “Straight to the laser clinic,” while @theherofamilyvlogs added: “No hate but getting a tat before a big fight is not a good move. Not healing aside, the chance of bacteria and infection is the part that's worrisome.”

Many people have called the YouTuber and the vodka company out labelling the move as a marketing ploy and fake stunt.

One tattoo artist, 'squirestattoo', commented: “I like how they overdubbed the sound of a coil machine to a rotary pen”, while @hasanstagram called it, “desperate marketing.”

Tomsutton_28 added: “Jake got a tattoo of a vodka they dish out at Wetherspoons? No way.”

Tommy Fury will finally meet Jake Paul in three days' time following two previous failed attempts to meet in the ring.

The fight was announced last month, with the pair meeting in the ring prior to Artur Beterbiev's light-heavyweight world title win against Anthony Yarde in London.

However, Fury did not appear at a press conference in Saudi Arabia on February 8, with his partner Molly Mae Hague having recently given birth.
