Brazil's president Jair Bolsonaro has been taken to hospital after a fall, his office has confirmed.
Mr Bolsonaro was taken into care at the armed forces' hospital in Brasilia on Monday evening.
He underwent examinations of his skull and these showed no problems, his office said.
He will remain under observation for six to 12 hours.
The statement gave no other details on the incident.
However, Brazilian media reported that Mr Bolsonaro slipped in the bathroom and banged his head.
Earlier this month, Mr Bolsonaro reportedly told advisers he felt extreme tiredness.
He reportedly asked for his agenda to be reduced through to the end of the year.
