Jaipur: Justice Shinde to take oath as Chief Justice today

Jaipur Kalraj Mishra Bombay High Court Rajasthan Raj Bhavan

Jaipur: Governor Kalraj Mishra will administer the oath of office to the newly appointed Chief Justice of Rajasthan HC, Sambhaji Shivaji Shinde, at 4pm at Raj Bhavan on Tuesday. Shinde, who was serving as a judge in the Bombay High Court, was elevated and transferred to Rajasthan. However, he will have a very short tenure of 40 days in the state as he retires on August 1 this year. TNN
