These are the faces of 32 people locked up for crimes linked to Merseyside this past week.
One judge sentenced a woman who murdered her husband in a brutal attack after hearing allegations he had sexually abused her children.
Courts heard about a £.25m burglary gang and an OCG who flooded Wirral with cocaine.

Another judge had to sentence a yob who knocked out a dad leaving him with facial fractures simply because the father told him and his friends to stop cat calling his two children.
Judges dealt with heinous sex offenders including a man who punched and kicked a woman when she refused to perform a sex act on him and paedophiles who fantasised about committing horrific abuse.
Here is an overview of some of the most serious cases to have concluded this past week.
Mohammad Keneshlou

Mohammad Keneshlou punched and kicked a woman when she refused to perform a sex act on him.
The 28-year-old told his female friend he was "sad" and tried to hug and kiss her after an evening drinking.
The woman told him to stop, said she was married and even rang her husband to make clear she wasn't interested.
Keneshlou, of Rocky Lane, Anfield, exposed himself and then pushed the woman's head towards him.
She only escaped after biting him on the hand and screaming to alert neighbours one evening in 2019.
He admitted sexual assault and assault causing actual bodily harm, after prosecutors dropped a charge of attempted rape.
Keneshlou, who had no previous convictions, was jailed for two years and eight months.
Ricardo Hughes, David Hunter, Christopher Dooley and Stephen Piert

An EncroChat drug gang moved nearly £500,000 of amphetamine branded with pictures of The Beano character Billy Whizz.
The organised crime group based in St Helens traded almost 50kg of amphetamine, but also flogged cocaine across the UK.
Amphetamine is commonly nicknamed speed, whizz and Billy Whizz - the latter after the famous character in the children's comic.

North West Regional Organised Crime Unit (NWROCU) detectives launched an undercover surveillance operation in February 2020.
But it was EncroChat messages, recovered in April 2020, which gave officers the additional evidence to blow the lid on the network.
Ricardo Hughes, aka EncroChat user "NovaCoast", David Hunter, and Christopher Dooley, aka "OctoOx", were identified as key players in the plot.

They all supplied both Class A cocaine and Class B amphetamine, while Hunter also shifted Class B ketamine.
Hughes, 53, of Rock Lane, Widnes, was jailed for 10 and a half years after admitting conspiring to supply Class A and B drugs.
Hunter, 48, of Larch Close, Billinge, St Helens, was sentenced to nine years and seven months after also admitting Class A and B drug plots.

Dooley, 35, of no fixed address but from St Helens, was jailed for nine years after admitting conspiring to supply Class A and B drugs.
"Trusted courier" Stephen Piert, 27, of Harlow Close, St Helens, was jailed for two years and seven months after admitting a Class B plot.
Lee Ruby

Lee Ruby who terrorised a shop worker with a kitchen knife was caught thanks to his trail of discarded clothes.
The 42-year-old, of Petersgate, Murdishaw, Runcorn, was found guilty of robbery and having a bladed article in public.
Ruby burst into The Spar on Chester Road in Preston Brook in Runcorn, at around 3.15pm, on Tuesday, February 5, 2019.
The masked man terrified a member of staff stacking shelves, plus three customers including a man shopping with his baby.
Ruby forced the female shop assistant to hand over cash but as he ran off left clothes bearing his DNA on Sandy Lane.
The victim identified him by his "incredibly pale skin" and "drawn features", leading to his conviction by a jury after a trial.
Ruby, who had 19 previous convictions for 34 offences, including robberies, was jailed for seven years and four months.
Alan Bainbridge
Alan Bainbridge had images of a man having sex with a dog and shared a sick video of a little girl being raped.
Among his disgusting criminal content the 62-year-old kept 501 images of children being sexually abused.
The paedophile had also amassed 52 images of bestiality involving dogs at his then family home in Warrington.
Police found chats in which he was "discussing sexual abuse of children" after raiding his house on May 12, 2020.
Bainbridge, now of Doward Street, Widnes, admitted three counts of downloading, once count of possessing and one count of distributing indecent images of children, plus possessing extreme pornographic images.
He was jailed for 20 months.
Christopher Bullows drove a coach load of cocaine into the UK.
He had 243kg of the Class A drug hidden in a specially-made wastewater tank when the vehicle was stopped at Dover.
The 50-year-old claimed he had driven to Belgium so the air conditioning unit could be fixed there, where it was supposedly under warranty.
But the trafficker eventually admitted he was part of an audacious plan to smuggle cocaine with a street value of more than £19m.
He was busted when his ruse was blown apart by the discovery the unit had been fixed in the UK before he set off for the continent in September 2020.
Bullows, of Lord Street, St Helens, was jailed for 14 years and four months for attempting to import Class A drugs.
Shaleem Nazish
Shaleem Nazish swapped child rape images in a perverted group chat while already under police investigation.
The paedophile claimed he was listening to a podcast when officers stormed his home and took his phone from him in March 2019.
He told officers he was "trying to pause the recording" but was actually trying to cover his tracks having downloaded 6,471 sick images.
While on bail, the 24-year-old went on to share child rape videos in a group chat and "openly discussed sexually abusing children".
But he didn't realise he was talking to an undercover police officer.
Nazish, of Allen Street, Warrington, admitted three counts of downloading and three counts of distributing indecent images of children, plus one count of possessing prohibited images of children.
The pervert, who had similar previous convictions from 2016, was jailed for two and a half years.
Jake Cowhig

Jake Cowhig had his mum deal cannabis from their family home and sent her his orders via text.
The 25-year-old had a "tick list" titled "The Graft" showing amounts of cash owed totalling more than £31,000.
In one raid at their house in Grantham Road, Kirkby on July 2, 2020 police seized his vacuum sealing machine and cannabis.
Then in a search on December 3, while he was under investigation, they found cannabis, "designer clothes" and Rolex and Omega watches.
Texts on Jake's mobile phone revealed the drug dealer was using his mum Sharon Cowhig, 52, to help run his business.
Jake admitted two counts of possessing cannabis with intent to supply, while his mum admitted being concerned in the supply of cannabis.
He was jailed for 14 months, while his mum was handed eight months in prison, suspended for 10 months, with associated court orders.
Alan Badley

Convicted rapist Alan Badley claimed he only breached the rules of the Sex Offenders Register because he was "running scared".
The violent thug once raped a woman in her own home and threatened to show a video of the attack to people on his estate.
The then 20-year-old headbutted and repeatedly punched the victim during a vicious three-hour ordeal in April 2008.
Badley, from Woodchurch in Birkenhead, was found guilty of rape after a trial and jailed for seven years in December 2008.
The now 33-year-old failed to notify police of his address after leaving a flat in Rice Lane, Wallasey earlier this year because he claimed he was having an affair with a married woman living in the same block whose partner had threatened him.
Badley, who admitted failing to comply with his notification requirements, also admitted two counts of driving while disqualified, two counts of driving without insurance, fraudulently altering a vehicle registration mark, being in charge of a vehicle while above the alcohol limit, and breach of bail.
He was jailed for 20 months.
Callum Forbes
Callum Forbes knocked out a dad after "jeering" at his daughters and offering them a lift.
Martyn Corrin was walking back from an 80th birthday party with his family when a group of teens in a silver Vauxhall began shouting "sexualised comments" at his daughters, aged 12 and 16.
After the dad-of-three told them to "do one", Forbes, 17, knocked him unconscious with a punch before another yob kicked him in the head.
The victim's daughters tried to protect their dad from the attack, which left him with a bleed on the brain and fractures to his eye socket.
The males returned to the car "laughing" and one smashed a bottle before they drove off in Brindle Road, Bromborough on October 19, 2019.
Forbes, now 19, of Norley Avenue, Eastham, Birkenhead, was found guilty of causing grievous bodily harm after a trial.
He was locked up for 18 months.
John Manville

John Manville was part of an armed robbery which saw a G4S security guard threatened with a hammer.
The plot involved using a stolen car with a cloned plate taken a week before the crime to follow a G4S van.
Then on January 28, 2019, Manville, 37, and another man struck at Prescot train station.
Wearing balaclavas and armed with a hammer, they demanded the cash which the victim had picked up minutes before.
Manville was identified by officers following an appeal and a search of his home uncovered a balaclava.
The thug, of Mardale Road, Huyton, admitted robbery and theft of a car and was jailed for five years.
Kyle Griffiths

Kyle Griffiths had sick online chats in which he fantasised about being a dad raping his own baby.
The 23-year-old took part in "extremely distributing" conversations with other perverts on WhatsApp.
And he also used the messaging service to share some of his vile collection of child rape videos with two other paedophiles.
His disgusting stash, all downloaded between October 2019 and July 2020, included clips of babies and toddlers being raped.
Police raided his home in Middleton Drive, Prescot, on July 6 last year and seized his Samsung mobile phone containing the files and chats.
Griffiths admitted three counts of downloading, one count of possessing and three counts of distributing indecent photos of children, plus one count of possessing prohibited images of children.
He was jailed for 18 months.
Paul Faulkner
Paul Faulkner ran an illegal stream that offered access to Premier League football.
The 35-year-old, of Portbury Way, New Ferry, was the operator of a subscription-based IPTV service that displayed football matches, entertainment and Sky channels illegally.
Faulkner was caught after The Premier League joined forces with FACT (an intellectual property organisation) to track him down and brought legal action against him in a private prosecution.
He admitted copyright and fraud offences, including accessing pirate content for his own use.
Faulkner was selling access to his service on social media, alongside his full time job, as a second source of income.
He was jailed for 16 months.
Stacey Dowling

Stacey Dowling knifed a man in the back and slashed a woman twice during a "bad blood" street fight in Croxteth.
Police attended Croxteth Hall Lane following a 999 call reporting "gangs" of people "having murder with each other".
Dowling, of Mace Road, Croxteth, twice knifed Irene Stevenson, leaving her with cuts to her chest and face.
Michael Smith came to the victim's aid, before 38-year-old Dowling stabbed him in the back.
But none of the parties involved offered an explanation for what sparked the violence, on Wednesday, January 22 last year.
Dowling admitted wounding Mr Smith and assault causing actual bodily harm against Ms Stevenson.
She was jailed for 20 months.
£2.5m burglary gang
A Liverpool-based crime group stole £2.5m of high performance cars and luxury items from homes across the North West.
The gang used cloned wireless key signals to open car doors on driveways and speed off, without having to enter the home to steal the keys.
But they were targeted and brought to justice as part of Operation Castle, Merseyside Police's response to burglary related crime.

The force raided homes and made a series of arrests in October 2020.
These crooks, who targeted homes across Merseyside, Cheshire and Lancashire, admitted conspiring to commit burglary and steal cars.
Lewis Tankard, 20, of Seel Road, Huyton, was jailed for five years and seven months.
Neil O'Brien, 19, of Prestwood Crescent, Knotty Ash, was jailed for six years.
Noah Hassan, 29, of no fixed address, was jailed for four years and nine months.

Three women admitted money laundering, one of whom was sent to prison.
Sireen Rafiq, 36, aka Shamilia Tabassum, of Seacole Close, Blackburn, Lancashire was jailed for 21 months.
Other members of the gang will be sentenced later this year.
Barry Worrall

Barry Worrall raped a woman then tried to intimidate the person she disclosed the attack to.
He entered a room when his victim was sleeping and started kissing her, before she woke up and told him to stop.
But when the woman went back to sleep, she woke again to find Worrall, 36, of Gleneagles Drive, Haydock, raping her.
Worrall simply walked off after the rape and smoked a cigarette.
The woman disclosed the attack to a female relative, which led to a complaint being made to the police.
The rapist then intimidated the woman's relative, who was a prosecution witness, by driving past her home and issuing threats.
He denied rape but was found guilty after a trial. Worrall pleaded guilty to witness intimidation shortly before the trial began.
Worrall, who had 40 previous convictions, was jailed for seven years and two months.
Wirral cocaine gang
Five gang members supplied large amounts of cocaine across Eastham, Bebington and Birkenhead in Wirral.
Officers seized more than 2kg of cocaine, £5,000 cash, Class B drugs, a Rolex watch and designer clothes on June 25, 2020.
Liam Bradley, 30, of Temple Road, Prenton, played a leading role, organising the preparation, storage and transportation of drugs.
He was jailed for 10 years for conspiracy to supply cocaine and possession of cocaine with intent to supply.
Thomas Willis, 29, of no fixed address, was jailed for six and a half years for conspiracy to supply cocaine and possession of cocaine with intent to supply.

Sex offender Andrew Matthews told his victim he was a 'black belt' in attacking women.
After making the vile comment, he grabbed the woman's genitals with such force she was left bruised and crying.
The woman, who cannot be identified for legal reasons, was left suffering "anxiety" and "panic attacks".
Matthews had also "grabbed her by the neck with one hand" and spat in her face before punching her.
The coward, of O'Leary Street, Warrington, was convicted of sexual assault and common assault after a trial.
Matthews had 19 previous convictions for 24 offences including battery against a woman.
He was jailed for 18 months
Rachael Roche

A woman was caught on a Ring doorbell camera deliberately holding up a naked flame which she used to set fire to a wheelie bin.
Rachael Roche, who was high on cocaine and alcohol, used a cigarette lighter to set fire to the bin, which led to smoke and toxic fumes filling a house in Bridge Lane, Netherton.
Fortunately the occupants weren't in because they had moved out and put their home up for sale after a long running parking dispute.
The dispute did not directly involve 30-year-old Roche, who was living in the housing complex to look after her mum.
Roche, of Bridge Lane, Netherton, said she didn't know why she carried out the attack on November 22, 2020.
She admitted arson being reckless as to whether life would be endangered.
Roche was jailed for two years and three months.
Marc Stokes-Denson
Marc Stokes-Denson said he wanted to repeatedly rape a girl, aged 12, as her mum watched.
The 45-year-old tried to claim he was acting as a paedophile hunter and continued the chat because he was "concerned", but a jury didn't believe his lies.
He was actually talking to an undercover police officer who posed as 'Becky' to catch out the pervert in sick chats over two months in 2019.
The pervert told her he was sexually interested in her 12-year-old daughter, ‘Lizzie’ and in vile chats spoke about the two of them sexually abusing the 'child' together.
Stokes-Denson, of The Close, Walton, was found guilty of arranging to commit an offence of penetrative sexual activity with a child.
He was also convicted of attempting sexual communication with a child between the same dates.
Stokes-Denson was jailed for five and a half years.
Christopher Davies, Thomas Williams and Joseph Wood
Christopher Davies, Thomas Williams and Joseph Wood, were prosecuted as part of three separate investigations into County Lines drug gangs
When police raided Davies' home on Latimer Street in Vauxhall they found a pair of Gucci flip flops and a white Moncler ski coat plus mobile phones and cash.
Davies was jailed for three years and four months for being being concerned in the supply of heroin and cocaine.
Williams, of Elder Place, Halewood, was arrested in April and pleaded guilty to being concerned in the supply of Class A drugs, possession of criminal property and possession of Class A and B drugs.
He was jailed for three years and eight months for his involvement in drug dealing into Inverness, Scotland.
Wood, of Bramblefield Way, Dovecot, was jailed for five years and two months after admitting being concerned in the supply of Class A drugs into a County Line operating in Chester.
Working alongside officers from Cheshire Police, officers executed a warrant at Wood’s home address and recovered wraps of heroin, cocaine and cannabis.
Corinna Smith aka Corinna Baines
A mum who heard allegations her husband had sexually abused her daughter and son murdered him with sugared boiling water.
Corinna Smith, aka Corinna Baines, was left devastated on the evening of June 14 last year, when her daughter made the claims of historical abuse suffered, she claimed, by herself and her sibling.
It led the mum to believe that her son Craig - who took his own life in 2007, in his 20s, after being troubled before his death - had done so due to this abuse by Michael Baines, 80.
A polygraph 'lie detector' test was booked after a family discussion, with the intention being the 59-year-old's daughter and also her husband would undertake it.
But just a few hours later, Smith abandoned that plan, returned to their home in Highfield Road, Neston, Cheshire, and attacked him by pouring sugary boiling water over his body, having boiled two kettles.
He was left horrifically burnt, and died in hospital about a month later after numerous operations and skin grafts.
Smith was found guilty of murder after a trial.
She was jailed for life with a minimum of 12 years in prison.
