The Jacksonville Jaguars were able to reduce their final roster down to the mandated 53 players by the league’s 4 PM EST deadline and the official cuts they made to get to that point are as follows according to Jaguars.com:

The Jags also announced that they waived/injured four players in offensive linemen Donnell Greene, KC McDermott and Leonard Wester and tailback Devante Mays. If they clear waivers, they will be allowed to revert to the Jags’ reserve/injured list.
Speaking of the reserve/injured list, linebacker Jake Ryan was placed on the list. As most are aware, he had a setback while recovering from his ACL injury from last August. However, if healthy down the road the Jags can promote him to the main roster after Week 8, which means he would be able to take the field for the Jags’ second game against the Houston Texans on Nov. 3.
Also, receiver Terrelle Pryor Sr. and offensive lineman Ben Ijalana were placed on injured reserve. This is worth mentioning because it was initially reported that the Jags cut Pryor.
While the Jags 53-man roster is set, they still have to fill out their 10 practice squad spots and also could make a few claims on the waiver wire to bring on to the main roster.
