Jacksonville Jaguars’ Chris Conley returns after ankle scare

Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Chris Conley suffered a scary ankle injury versus the Tennessee Titans tonight on Thursday Night Football. Conley is a former Georgia Bulldog standout, who is in his first season with the Jaguars after playing several seasons with the Kansas City Chiefs.

Conley has 10 receptions for 170 yards and a touchdown on the season. Here’s the play where he hurt his ankle:

Conley would’ve felt awful suffering another injury on an after the play scuffle. Conley went on to return and has two catches for thirty yards on the night:

The Jaguars ended up defeating the Tennessee Titans 20-7. With the extra time off Conley may consider coming up to Athens for the Georgia versus Notre Dame game.
