JAGUAR has revamped its high-performance F-PACE SVR to make it even more potent, luxurious and hi-tech.
The 550PS 5.0-litre V8 supercharged petrol engine has been tweaked to boost torque by 20Nm to 700Nm.
There’s also a new Dynamic Launch function and numerous other powertrain enhancements to make this SUV beast even more of a beauty to drive.
The premium British marque’s changes all result in a supercar 0-60mph time of just 3.8 seconds, down from 4.1, while the top speed rises by 2mph to 178mph.
Increased acceleration is matched by an uprated braking system, with improved cooling and pads, a special booster system and retuned pedal feel.
Helping the F-PACE SVR cut even more of a dash is a redesigned, race-inspired exterior that makes it far more aerodynamic as well as more aggressive-looking.
Jaguar says an all-new crafted interior features a selection of exclusive performance-focussed materials for a luxurious and sporting cabin environment, with plenty of leather and Alcantara.
New tech includes the brand’s intuitive Pivi Pro infotainment system accessed through an 11.4in curved glass touchscreen, as well “software over the air” updates.
There is also a special road noise reduction feature, along with the brand’s latest driver aid systems and optional wireless device charging.

“The new version builds on this success, by making numerous detailed improvements that combine to raise the bar in the high-performance SUV segment.”
