Jags will introduce Nick Foles to the media early Thursday afternoon

New Jacksonville Jaguars quarterback Nick Foles has touched down in Jacksonville and the next big event on his schedule will be to introduce himself to the city. According to the organization’s public relations head man, Tad Dickman, that introduction will take place tomorrow at 1:00 pm EST, while online coverage will begin 10 minutes prior via Jaguars.com. He’ll be joined by football operations executive Tom Coughlin, general manager Dave Caldwell and coach Doug Marrone in the process.

Foles, 30, was one of the top free agents on the market and had long been associated with the quarterback-needy Jags. Much of that was due to his former quarterbacks coach, John DeFilippo, joining the team in January as their offensive coordinator, and hopefully the two can restore some of their Super Bowl LII magic.

Foles will enter his Jags tenure with a career total of 11,165 passing yards, 68 touchdowns and 33 interceptions to his name. His contract was initially agreed upon on Monday and was a four-year deal worth a total of $88 million  with $50.125 million of that being guaranteed.
