Jags to host 3-day rookie minicamp on May 10-12

With the Jacksonville Jaguars’ 2019 rookie class all rounded up, the team announced that they will be hosting their annual rookie minicamp next weekend on May 10-11. The event, of course, will feature the Jags’ seven draft selections, there 21 undrafted free agent signings from 2019, six first-year players, one 2018 draft-eligible player in AAF signing Cody Brown and a few tryout players who have yet to be determined.

According to the teams public relations department, coach Doug Marrone will address the media Friday after practice, as well as the Jags’ first two 2019 selections in pass rusher Josh Allen and offensive tackle Jawaan Taylor.

In addition to watching Allen and Taylor, the media will get a preview at the Jags other marquee picks like tight end Josh Oliver, linebacker Quincy Williams, tailback Ryquell Armstead, quarterback Gardner Minshew and nose tackle Dontavius Russell, all of whom could have big roles on the main roster.

As of now, it’s unknown if the event will be open to the public, but we’ll be sure to update you all if it is.
