Jags expected to land ‘Hard Knocks’ standout WR Keelan Doss on their practice squad

The Jacksonville Jaguars now have two players with the first name Keelan on their receivers corps, however, one will be on practice squad.

Per Mike Garafolo of NFL Network, the Jags will be signing “Hard Knock” star receiver Keelan Doss to their practice squad.

Doss, 23, went undrafted this year to the Oakland Raiders out of UC Davis ad had an impressive preseason, especially in the eyes of coach Jon Gruden, who praised him “Hard Knocks”. Needless to say, they were probably hoping to bring him back, but it appears he possibly wanted to play for a winning franchise.

Doss finished the preseason with 17 catches for 162 receiving yards and a touchdown. He participated in all four preseason games, and started in the Raiders last one against the Seattle Seahawks.
