Borussia Dortmund sporting director Michael Zorc has offered up a huge transfer update on Jadon Sancho amid links with Manchester United and Chelsea.
The Blues have been linked with Sancho for some time but the Red Devils had been in pole position to sign the England forward this summer.
There had been conflicting reports on whether personal terms had been agreed with Sancho but one thing's for certain, United haven't met Dortmund's requested transfer fee, something which could now lead to the 20-year-old staying put in Germany.
That's at least according to Zorc, who has spoken out about the transfer situation.
Zorc has explained, per Sport Witness: “I assume that Jadon will go to the training camp on Monday and play with us for the coming season.”
This is potentially a boost to Chelsea if they want to make a return effort to sign Sancho down the line and a massive blow for United, who had the speedster as their number one transfer target this summer.
It has been reported that Sancho and his agent have been informed of the firm price tag of £117 million or no transfer.
On Sancho's mentality at the moment, Zorc added: “I don’t expect any difficulties. Jadon has accepted that, he’s a very pleasant, fair guy.”
