Jadon Sancho sent Manchester United transfer incentive as Marcus Rashford pines for dream Old Trafford trio

Marcus Rashford insists he'd relish the chance to play alongside Jadon Sancho at Manchester United.

The Borussia Dortmund star is expected to return to the Premier League next season with Old Trafford touted as his most likely destination.

Sancho left rivals Manchester City to join Dortmund in 2017, becoming a breakout star in the Bundesliga.

Speaking in an Instagram Q&A, Rashford admits he hopes the 20-year-old will join him and Anthony Martial in forming a potent front three.

The striker has featured alongside Sancho for England but they could yet link-up on the domestic front.

Rashford said: "It would be good. Sancho is a great player.

“He's like the new generation player. It's definitely exciting to watch the player he's becoming — hopefully we can all play together.

“That would be good.

"He plays off the cuff. He's imaginative.

“I think in this generation, they're the things you need to be world class.”
