Jadon Sancho picks Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba in his FIFA 20 Ultimate Team

Jadon Sancho has named Manchester United's Paul Pogba in his ideal starting XI, as he continues to be linked with a move to Old Trafford.

Sancho is top of United 's transfer wishlist this summer, with the club hoping to do a deal with Borussia Dortmund to sign the exciting England international.

United have improved in recent weeks, particularly due to the return of Pogba from injury and his link up with new signing Bruno Fernandes in midfield.

If Sancho was to join and take the right-wing spot in Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's team, he would benefit from the new attacking focus from United with Pogba, Fernandes, Marcus Rashford, Anthony Martial and Mason Greenwood.

So United fans may be pleased to know Sancho rates Pogba in his best midfield, as he is a player who takes risks and attempts things in possession others wouldn't.

Speaking to Dortmund's media operation, Sancho said: "I pick Pogba next to Kevin de Bruyne.

"He's very skilful and I like players that try things that are different to others, so he's very good."

Also in Sancho's team was Barcelona goalkeeper Marc-Andre Ter Stegen, after the German played well against him when Dortmund met Barca in the Champions League.

His defence consisted of former teammate Achraf Hakimi, Virgil Van Dijk, Sergio Ramos, and Dortmund's Raphael Guerreiro.

In midfield Kevin de Bruyne and Lionel Messi (in the number ten role) join Pogba, with Kylian Mbappe, Neymar and Robert Lewandowski in attack.
