Jadon Sancho congratulates Raheem Sterling and Manchester City on beating Liverpool FC to the Premier League

Former Manchester City young gun Jadon Sancho has reacted to his old side retaining the Premier League title by responding to a tweet from Raheem Sterling .

The Blues ended up cruising to the trophy thanks to a 4-1 victory at Brighton on Sunday afternoon.

But Man City didn't have it all their own way initially as Glenn Murray put Brighton in front in the first half.

Despite Liverpool winning against Wolves, Man City didn't feel the pressure as goals from Sergio Aguero, Aymeric Laporte, Riyad Mahrez and Ilkay Gundogan gave Pep Guardiola's men the title.

This led to Sterling posting his reaction on Twitter after the game .

Man City fans will love the winger's tweet which was followed up by a response from Jadon Sancho, who congratulated his former team-mate on winning the Premier League again.

"Congratulations to you n the team bro," Sancho tweeted.

It remains to be seen what happens with Sancho's own future this summer, with many fans responding to the forward's praise by asking him to return.

Manchester United have been heavily linked with the 19-year-old, who can still win the Bundesliga title with Borussia Dortmund as the German side sit two points behind Bayern Munich with one game remaining.
