Jade Thirlwall hits back at customer in her South Shields bar who told her she looked 'horrible'

Jade Thirlwall has hit back at a woman who went out of her way to tell her what she was wearing was 'horrible', whilst the Little Mix star was enjoying a night out in her own bar.

Jade, 27, was back on home turf this weekend to cheer own South Shields FC in their BetVictor NPL Premier game against FC United of Manchester on Saturday with her family.

After the Mariners won 5-3, she changed out of her South Shields strip and into her gladrags to have some drinks at Arbeia, the bar she has in the town centre.

Jade opened the bar, originally called Red Door, at the end of October but last month revealed its name change, inspired by nearby Arbeia roman fort.

And, as she gets set to open Industry night club right next door to the bar, Jade headed to Arbeia with some friends to sip on some cocktails and enjoy some live music, sharing highlights from her night on Instagram.

But then Jade also posted on her Instagram story to respond to some criticism she faced over her outfit choice - a bold tie-dye grey suit.

And Jade wasn't shy at hitting back, writing "to the woman in the bar tonight who went out of her way to tell me and my friends that my suit 'looks horrible' and she'd 'never wear it..." before appearing in a video which saw her playfully dancing around in the suit before sticking her fingers up to the camera.

Jade got plenty of positive feedback on her suit after uploading a picture of her wearing it to her Instagram account, where she also posed in a defiant stance.

One fan reacted: "THAT SUIT LOOKS SOO GOOD ON YOU!!!" and another commented: "F the haters! You look stunning!"
