Little Mix star Jade Thirlwall got a shock on Christmas Day as she was bombarded with randy comments from fans as she counted down to her birthday.
The Shout Out To My Ex singer is turning 28-years-old on Boxing Day – but was not prepared for the smut she was sent on Instagram when she announced she was waiting to celebrate her birthday.
Jade’s birthday falls the day after Christmas – meaning she has to endure an extravagant amount of celebrations before she can even start celebrating her own birth.
And on Christmas Day this year, she let fans know she was getting frustrated with waiting via a self deprecating update to fans as midnight on the eve of her birthday approached.
The star shared an edited photo of herslf on Instagram showing herself submerged to her shoulders in water while wearing a Santa hat and adding garish green eye shadow and red lipstick.
She captioned the image: “me waiting for Christmas to end so my birthday can begin.”
However, she was not prepared for the filthy comments that followed her post – after one fan referenced a sex act.
“Don’t look at me story, if you don’t want to m********!!” the follower wrote – prompting Jade to respond.
“You comment so quick like damn chill out hun,” Jade replied – before taking a screenshot of the exchange and adding it to her Instagram Stories.
Uploading the screenshot, she added the caption: “there horny commenters have no chill.”
Unfortunately by highlighting the sordid comment, Jade appeared to inadvertently encourage other fans to leave filthy remarks in the comments section to the post.
However, Jade also reacted to less erotic interactions - as one commenter highlighted the green eyeshadow she had photoshopped onto her image.
"That eyeshadow thooo," musician Neiked wrote - prompting Jade to reply: "dreamy" - while many other fans seized the opportunity to wish the Little Mix star a very happy birthday.
