Jade Goody's last moments described by Jack Tweed as 'worst thing to experience'

Jack Tweed has opened up about the dying moments of his late wife Jade Goody, ahead of the 12th anniversary of her death.

Former Big Brother star Jade was just 33 years old when she lost her battle with cervical cancer on March 22, 2009, which was Mother's Day that year.

Jack has said that being with Jade for those heartbreaking last moments was the "worst thing you can ever experience."

He admitted that he is still haunted by that time and cannot get her passing out of his head as they come to another anniversary of her death.

Jack opened up to The Sun, saying that Jade's final words were "mumbled because she was really ill for the last few weeks."

As Jade deteriorated, Jack said he was "by her side every single second" but struggled to make sense of her words.

He said that it was "hard to forget" and the "worst thing you can ever experience."

Jack added that it was hard when "someone you love so much is deteriorating in front of your eyes and there is nothing you can do."

He said that he want to "remember the happy, bubbly, constantly laughing Jade" but those tragic final moments are "hard to get that out your head."

As the years have passed, Jack admits: "Talking about her helps because it feels like she is still here."

Jack said that the best times were when they had holidays with Jade and her sons Bobby and Freddi.

He recalled: “We would go out and be out until six in the morning - in some random club in the Bahamas. It was like going on holiday with your best mate...

“There was nowhere I wanted to be apart from with Jade.”
