Jada Fund of Funds and the Saudi Venture Capital and Private Equity Association signed an MOU on Tuesday to support common goals and interests.
The deal mainly aims to boost and grow the venture capital and private equity ecosystem in Saudi Arabia.
The two sides seek to cooperate on joint projects that includes the development of training programs to raise the level of professionalism of the sector.
Also, the MoU will help them exchange experiences, develop research and share recommendations to promote the growth of the venture capital and private equity sector in the Kingdom.
The MOU was signed by the CEO of Jada Fund of Funds ,Adel Al Ateeq and the CEO of Saudi Venture Capital and Private Equity Association, Osama M. Ashri in the presence of Chairman of Saudi Venture Capital and Private Equity Association Abdulrahman Tarabzouni.
