Already the EastEnders actress has been struggling with the heatwave amid fears she had heatstroke after soaking up the sizzling temperatures roasting the UK.
I'm A Celeb's queen of the jungle, 29, looked incredible in a floral print crop top in blue and white but the former soap star complained she was "physically sweating" on set.
Her nude make-up palette let her natural beauty shine while she modelled the latest range of clothes at a studio.
It was back to work as usual for the mum-of-two, despite the red hot temperatures.
Jac run the ends of her hair through her fingers after she had styled it in a straight fashion down to her waistline.
She wrote: "Jumping jacs. Send help SOS."
Her glossy images appeared to be flawless on her Instagram grid.
But Jac revealed her picture-perfect looks were far from her reality.
Instead, she pointed out her sweat patches to her fans on her Instagram stories.
She said on Instagram stories: "I'm scared, I'm terrified.
"Your girl is actually physically sweating."
Jac has been playing happy families with her husband Dan Osborne in lockdown.
They have been happier than ever after working out their marital problems.
The couple have been delighted with the sense of fun of their two daughters Mia and Ella.
