Jacqueline Jossa has begged her fans for their advice as she revealed one of her daughters is suffering from "severe" eczema.
The ex EastEnders star, 28, took to her Instagram stories on Friday to speak directly to her three million followers as she lay in bed before she started her day.
Eczema is a condition that causes the skin to become itchy, red, dry, and cracked, with the most severe cases causing widespread inflamed and sore skin all over the body.
Jacqueline is mum to Ella, five, and two-year-old Mia, but she didn't reveal which of her daughters is suffering from eczema in her video.
She said: "Guys, quick question, if you have eczema or your children have eczema, what creams do you use, like for severe eczema?
"Like a great good cream.
"Like what's the best cream for eczema ever?"
She then put a question box on her Instagram stories for her fans to send in their suggestions.
Jacqueline added: "Obviously only answer if you actually know don't give me rubbish stuff!"
It comes after Jacqueline shared a cryptic message with her fans on Instagram.
She wrote: "You will just never know what someone is dealing with behind closed doors."
The mum-of-two, who is married former TOWIE star Dan Osborne, went on: "No matter how happy someone looks, how loud their laugh is, how big their smile is, there can still be a level of hurt that is indescribable.
"So be kind. Even when others are not, choose to be kind."
