Jackson Irvine has revealed when he will make a decision on his Hibs future.
Jack Ross is keen to get the Australian international signed up on a longer term deal.
Irvine only penned a contract at Easter Road until the end of last season but talks have been ongoing between player and club to try and reach an agreement.
However, the former Celtic and Ross County player has admitted that he won’t make up his mind one way or another until he’s back from international duty.
Irvine as away with the Australia squad for their World Cup qualifiers, and scored in their 3-0 win over Kuwait after club mate Martin Boyle had missed penalty.
They round off their current camp at home to Jordan tomorrow night and only then will Jackson turn his thoughts towards his club future.
He said: “There’s nothing at the moment. I’m fully focused on being in this camp, focusing on these games, and the future will take care of itself.
“There’s conversations still happening with Hibs and we’re comfortable with where we’re at at the moment.
“I’m not in a rush to make a decision, especially while I’m here. I’ll deal with my domestic club future at the end of this camp.”
