Jackpot winner scoops £11m in Saturday’s National Lottery draw

One ticketholder has scooped more than £11 million after they hit the National Lottery jackpot.

The lucky winner matched all six main numbers to pocket £11,042,269, Camelot said.

Andy Carter, senior winners’ adviser at the National Lottery, described it as “fantastic news” for a single ticketholder to win the “massive” jackpot.

Saturday night’s big win means Wednesday’s estimated jackpot is £2 million.

The winning numbers were 18, 51, 56, 59, 07, 47 and the bonus ball was 17.

Set of balls nine and draw machine Merlin were used.

A total of 53 people matched five numbers to win £1,750 each, while 3,622 matched four balls to get £140 each, and 89,452 matched three numbers to win £30 each.

There were no top prize winners in the HotPicks or Thunderball draws.

The winning Thunderball numbers were 35, 30, 33, 24, 01 and the Thunderball was 07.
